RuleNesting of non-abstract items in the presentation linkbase MUST follow the nesting of children in tuples, if present
ExplanationThis rules prevents presentation relationships contradicting the tuple nesting. Optional tuple children can be left out, abstract concepts in the presentation hierarchy withstanding, the nesting should match.
This rule only applies to the nesting of children within a tuple and not the order in which they are included.
